  Karen took what could've been a bad experience and transformed it into one of the best customer service experiences I have seen.
  
  I called the salon desperately for an appointment to get my hair done before an event I had that night. They person they set me up with was so sweet and was able to do great styling but we had different taste in coloring, when I went to check out Karen could tell that the color didn't match my previous coloring style. She was so sweet knowing I had a huge event that night and asked if she could fix it for me. I left feeling confident for my event!
  
  I highly recommend this salon!
